Why Are Some Users Unable to See Certain Modules?

If certain users are unable to access or view specific modules within FlowyTeam, it is most likely due to module settings or role-based permission restrictions.

Solution 1: Enable the Module for the User

In some cases, the module may not have been activated for the user. You may refer to the following guide to enable the module:

Solution 2: Assign or Create a Role with the Appropriate Permissions

If the module is already activated but remains inaccessible to some users, you may need to adjust their role and permissions by following these steps:



  1. Log in as Admin
    – Click on your profile picture and select “Login as Admin.”

  2. Navigate to “Settings” via the left-hand menu.

  3. Select “Roles and Permissions.”

  4. Create a New Role
    – For instance, you can name the role “Finance Department” or another relevant title.

  5. Once the role has been created, click “Permissions” and select the modules and features that should be available for this role.

  6. Navigate to “Users,” select the relevant employee, and assign them to the newly created role.
