How to see all employees in attendance

If you do not see all employees in attendance, follow these steps to ensure the settings are accurate:


  1. Check Attendance Settings:

    • Go to the Settings.
    • Navigate to Modules and then to Attendance.
    • Alternatively, click the top right Settings icon in the Attendance module.
    • Ensure that all employees are enabled to clock in and clock out.


Check Specific Employees:
    • Go to the Attendance by Member tab to check each employee's status.
    • Employees who do not appear in this tab are likely inactive.
    • To activate an inactive employee, go to the Employee Module and reactivate them.
