Schedule Appointments

You can schedule appointments with leads and clients using the Appointments module. Follow the steps below to create, manage, and share appointments.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in as an Employee
    • If you are currently logged in as an Admin, switch accounts and log in as an Employee.
    • Only Employee accounts can create and manage appointments directly with leads or clients.

  2. Navigate to the Appointments module
    • From the main menu, open the Appointments module.
    • Select Appointments to view your calendar or list of existing appointments.

  3. Create a new appointment
    • Click the Create Appointment button.
    • Fill in all required fields, such as:
      • Appointment title
      • Date and time
      • Lead or client name
      • Location or meeting link (if applicable)
    • Click Save to create the appointment.

  4. Edit appointment details (if needed)
    • Select any appointment from the list to update information.
    • Click Save after making changes.

  5. Share the appointment with leads or clients
    • Go back to the Appointments page and select the created appointment.
    • Click the Copy Link button.
    • Share this link with the lead or client so they can view the appointment details or join the meeting (if applicable).

Tips and Best Practices
  • Double-check the time zone when scheduling appointments with clients in different regions.
  • Use the Copy Link feature to easily share appointments without manually sending calendar invites.
  • Keep your appointments updated to reflect any changes in schedule or client availability.
